Thank you for choosing HBK Villas & Rental Management for your villa rental.

Please note the following:

Our Reservation Policy:

• Minimum 3 night stay for all reservations.
• Three night deposit is required to confirm your reservations.  The remainder is due within 14 days prior to arrival.
  Payments Accepted: VISA and MASTER cards.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the full cost of the reservation will be refunded.
• Reservations cancelled 14 days of less prior to arrival, will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation.

 Taxes & Fees

• All reservations are subjected to 12.5% ABST Tax.
• A mandatory US$35.00 Gas Service Fee is applied to all reservations.

Villa Capacity

• 1-Bedroom Villas: 2 persons
• 2-Bedroom Villas: 4 persons
• 3-Bedroom Villas: 6 persons
